Material codes reference
- A — Aluminum
- High-strength 6063-T6 extruded side rails/rungs and 5052-H34 structural sheet components.
- S — Pre-Galvanized Steel
- Continuous mill-galvanized carbon steel conforming to ASTM A653 (G90 coating, ~1.05 mils total thickness per side).
- G — Hot-Dip Galvanized After Fabrication (HDGAF)
- Carbon steel fully submerged post-fabrication per ASTM A123 (~2.55 mils nominal coating thickness).
- T — 304 Stainless Steel
- Austenitic stainless steel alloy (ASTM A240, Type 304) for chemical and industrial corrosion resistance.
- Z — 316 Stainless Steel
- Marine-grade austenitic stainless steel alloy (ASTM A240, Type 316) offering superior protection against chlorides, marine salts, and aggressive acids.
