ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS:
• All orders received for this quotation must be clearly marked with the quotation number and pricing must be clearly noted.
• Material on this inquiry is not subject to cancellation or return for credit at a later date once fabrication begins.
• Hold for release orders are not accepted unless prior written approval is received from Chalfant Manufacturing Company.
• Orders received are subject to approval of credit department. Additional terms of sale are listed above.
• Chalfant Manufacturing must be notified prior to order entry of any special government restrictions ("Buy America" / "Buy American" or local steel acts).
• A restocking fee may apply to all returned items.
FREIGHT:
• Freight charges for Chalfant Manufacturing Company products will be FOB shipping point prepaid and allowed to the 48 contiguous United States.
• Standard prepaid and allowed freight terms are $10,000.00.
• Quoted freight terms assume a single release. Additional freight charges may apply for multiple releases.
• Add-ons to an order may be subject to repricing and must exceed the freight allowed terms to qualify for free freight.
• Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii are prepaid to the US continental western costal port ONLY.
• Specialized packaging requirements beyond Chalfant Manufacturing's standard process shall be subject to additional charges.
• Seller shall not be responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of its obligations resulting from the the COVID-19 pandemic or any future epidemic.
• Buyer shall not be entitled to any damages resulting therof.
Not with standing anything contained herein to the contrary, prices may be adjusted by Seller at any time, even if a proposal or quotation has been accepted, to take into account increases in the cost of raw materials e.g., metals or minerals), difficulties in securing products or labor, changes in law, increases in labor rates, taxes, duties, tariffs, quotas, government actions, or any other similar or dissimilar unexpected or unusual costs.
